However, the graininess comes from erythritol, which ends up a slightly larger grain than you may be familiar with. There’s also a “cooling effect” as it melts in your mouth. I don’t necessarily consider these to be bad things, but they are subtle differences from what you’re looking for. I hope this helps!

Turns out it is exactly the amount for an “ice cube”. After freezing I popped them out and put them in a zipper seal bag to store in the freezer. Easy to thaw in microwave.
