Hi there DJ, I just made this for me and my sons (11 and 15 years old) and we all loved it. Although I will admit that the younger one didn't eat much of the spinach but he liked the rest I'll also admit that it definately took me more than 25 minutes both since it was the first time making a new recipe and I had the added step of cooking bacon since I don't get the real bacon bits here in Iceland I actually haven't been doing keto for a couple of years, I keep thinking about starting again and you just might have convinced me!

I love spinach salads with strawberries! My favorite thing to add is blue cheese. I love it with the strawberries. I’ve never done a warm one though…it sounds delicious. I’ll will definitely be trying it this way next time.
