Thanks so much for the delicious recipe! The flavors were wonderfully complex and not really hard to make. I'm really lazy and made this in the crock pot this morning. I toasted the nuts and bloomed the spices and ground them to a paste as directed. I skipped browning the chicken. like i said, i'm lazy. 'tossed the chicken and the paste into the crockpot and coated the chicken well. Then I added fire roasted diced tomatoes that I had on hand. the onion and the rest of the spices. I didn't have the sweetpotato and didn't care to go to the store. And didn't want the extra 583 calories. THanks for the detailed nutritional info! I use it often! I cooked the chili on low for 4 hours. Then I added the chopped red pepper and cooked for an additional hour. Oh my LORD this stuff is WONDERFUL! And its not even winter yet. So glad your back creating recipes. Thanks!
---Reply posted by DJ on 10/4/2017
Yet another reason to upgrade my website. Sorry, Dee Gee! I agree. It did the same thing for me. I just built a pin.
