Long time no see. Feelin’ Gourd? I hope y’all are doing well!
I’m sorry for the delay in my newsletters. Like many, I fell into a bit of a hole. I got locked down away from home, in another state, where I knew no one. Long story.
* Bleh *
I’ve used the time to keep working on my Italian Keto cookbook. I also built a small gym in the yard. Thankfully the book is coming along. I’ve done a lot of hiking. I’ve also packed on about 9 lbs. of muscle. Huzzah!
I took a sour pumpkin … and made a pumpkin pie smoothie!
Thanksgiving is coming up, this week. Firstly, I thought I’d share some of my older posts and recipes to help pull together a fun, frisky and fascinating feast. I hope it helps you decide what to serve or bring. A bit of a splurge is likely, but … you know … not too much!

The Health & Wellness Super Stack!
About once a year, I get involved with a big collection of cookbooks. All the authors get together and work to promote one another’s content. It’s fantastic for everyone, in that people can a massive amount of content for a fraction of the value, and the authors all get exposed to each of the other’s readers. I love these things because they’re such a win/win/win situation for everyone. There’s really no downside.
This time, I joined a slightly different collection. While this one definitely has a lot of low-carb/keto cookbooks and tips, this one goes quite a bit deeper into a wider variety of health related topics. I’m particularly fond of all the stress and anxiety reduction content. There’s also information on Intermittent Fasting (something I’ve personally done and wholeheartedly support). Beyond that, there’s content related to thinking, how you think, overcoming thinking errors and how to steer all of that into success. There’s also a good deal about pain minimization, self-love, positive habit forming and more!
If there was ever a time to really dig in and harness one’s health, I truly can think of no better time. Plus, sadly, many of us have extra time on our hands. Use it shrewdly. Emerge from this cocoon a butterfly!
Here are just a few of the items in the bundle …
And that’s just the tip of the iceberg!
To get all of this under normal circumstances, it would run well over $1,000 ($1,580.32 to be exact!). Grab the entire kit and kaboodle for just $49.00!
This particular stack will only be available for a few days. Then, all the authors break apart and go or separate ways. 60-Day 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. Grab it, look through it and toss it back, if it’s not your cup of tea. Expires on December 1st, 11:59 PM EST. Don’t delay!
